What You’ll Do:

• Assist with cleaning, cooking, and light handy tasks around the facility..
• Respond to emergencies with care and confidence.
• Encourage participation in engaging, memory-boosting activities.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and share updates with the team.
• Be a supportive companion, assisting residents with daily tasks like grooming, bathing, and keeping their spaces cozy.  

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and genuine compassion for seniors.
• Comfort working with the elderly, including those with memory or behavioral challenges (experience is a plus!).
• Professionalism, reliability, and the resilience to handle sensitive or unpredictable situations with grace.
• Candidates with a steady demeanor and adaptability—those who can maintain composure in challenging moments—are especially encouraged to apply.
